LAND is a basic unit of measuring space in The Sandbox 3D. The metaverse currently contains 166,464 LANDs that are each 96x96 meters wide (height limits are currently unknown). ESTATEs are chunks of up to 3x3 LANDs, and DISTRICTs are up to 21x21 LANDs and give extra power over rules to their owner.
